Frechena Rayellexo Russ is a Disability Advocates who is currently shaping the fashion industry.Frechena was diagnosed with cerebral palsy since birth and has loved fashion since she was a little girl but never found anything to fit her body type. Obtaining a degree in human ecology with a concentration of fashion merchandising from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the year 2015 Currently continued to pursue a masters in fashion marketing she has worked for several Publications including I .d.e.al magazine ,single.com and Fleekque Magazine’s just to name a few as She spent time working as an assistant to the top plus size designers in the industry 😘
